Content Policy
Effective 5 November 2026
SupaVoxel is for 3D models, images and videos of objects, characters, products and scenes. Sexually explicit content, nudity, anything that sexualises minors, intimate imagery of anyone without consent and deceptive deepfakes of real people are not allowed. Every prompt and uploaded image is screened automatically before generation, and accounts that break these rules are closed.
1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to everything you submit to SupaVoxel — text prompts, uploaded and reference images, templates you run — and to everything the service generates for you, whether or not you have an account. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited content
You may not upload, request or generate:
- sexually explicit or pornographic content, including depictions of sexual acts;
- nudity, including exposed genitals, breasts or buttocks, and "undressing" or "remove clothes" edits of any image;
- any content that sexualises minors, or that depicts a minor in a sexual or suggestive way — real, drawn, stylised or fictional. We report such material to the relevant authorities;
- non-consensual intimate imagery — intimate, sexualised or nude images of a real person, real or synthetic, made or shared without their consent;
- deepfakes of real people without their consent — realistic images, models or videos that place an identifiable person in a situation that did not happen, or that could mislead others about what they said or did;
- content that is otherwise illegal where you or the depicted person are, including content that infringes someone else's rights.
3. How we enforce it
- Automated moderation before generation. Every text prompt and every uploaded or reference image is screened by an automated content-moderation system before any generation starts. A request that is flagged is refused, and no credits are charged for it. If our moderation service is temporarily unavailable, requests are still subject to our providers' built-in safety filters and are logged for later review.
- Additional image screening. Uploaded images used for 3D generation pass through a second nudity detector; a flagged job is stopped and its credits are returned.
- Records. We keep a record of refused requests (account, time, and the categories that were flagged) so we can detect repeated attempts and act on them.
- Account termination. We suspend or permanently close accounts that violate this policy or repeatedly try to get around the moderation system, without refund where the breach was deliberate. Content that may involve the sexual exploitation of a child is reported to the appropriate authorities.
4. Reporting content
If you believe content created with SupaVoxel breaks this policy — in particular if it depicts you or someone you represent — email [email protected] with a link or description. We review every report and remove content that violates this policy.
