Terms of Service

1. Who we are

SupaVoxel ("SupaVoxel", "we", "us") operates the website at supavoxel.com and the AI 3D-model generation service available through it. These Terms form an agreement between you and us and apply whenever you use the service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use SupaVoxel.

2. Your account

You can run a limited number of generations from the public site without an account, subject to rate limits. An account is required to keep, manage and download what you generate — an anonymous result is held temporarily and is transferred to your account only when you sign in and claim it. These Terms apply to anonymous use of the site as well as to account holders.

Accounts are created by signing in with a third-party identity provider such as Google; we never ask for or store a password. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account, so keep control of the email address it is attached to.

You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live. Do not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission, and do not share your account with people who are not authorised to use it.

3. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

• Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout — monthly for the monthly plans, annually for the annual plan — until you cancel.
• The price and interval are shown before you pay and confirmed on the receipt we email you. We will not change the price of an existing subscription without telling you in advance.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Charges appear on your statement as SUPAVOXEL.
• You may cancel at any time from Settings → Manage Subscription, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until it succeeds. While the subscription is past due your credit balance is cleared; a later successful charge grants a fresh allowance rather than restoring the cleared balance. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and tell us if this catches you out — we restore balances on request.

Refunds, including our 30-day money-back guarantee, are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Credits

Generations consume credits. Each paid billing period grants a fresh allowance, and unused credits do not roll over — at the start of a new period your entire remaining balance is cleared and replaced by the new allowance. Credit packs bought separately are held in the same balance and are cleared by that same reset, so spend a top-up before your renewal date. Credits have no cash value outside the refund terms and cannot be sold or transferred. If a generation job fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. 5. Your content and what you own

You keep ownership of the images you upload, and you own the 3D models the service generates for you, including for commercial use. We do not claim rights in your uploads or your outputs.

You grant us only the limited licence we need to run the service: to store, process and transmit your files so we can generate, display and deliver models to you, and to keep backups. We do not use your uploads or your generated models to train models, and we do not publish them publicly unless you explicitly choose to share them.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. Do not upload material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use SupaVoxel to:

• generate material that is illegal where you are, or that sexualises minors;
• infringe intellectual property or impersonate a real person or brand in a misleading way;
• break, overload, scrape or circumvent the service, its rate limits or its billing;
• resell access to the service as if it were your own.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section. Where we do so and you have paid for a period you can no longer use, we will refund the unused portion unless the breach was deliberate.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep SupaVoxel available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, that a given generation will succeed, or that a model will meet a particular standard — these are generative models and their output varies. We may add, change or retire features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan provides, you may cancel and ask for a refund of the unused portion.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, SupaVoxel is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using SupaVoxel and cancel your subscription at any time. You may also ask us to delete your account and its contents by emailing [email protected]. We may end this agreement if you materially breach these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will give notice by email or in the product before it takes effect, and the "Effective" date above will change. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
