Delete your SupaVoxel account
SupaVoxel is published by Tiny Class LLC. This applies to the account you created in the SupaVoxel Android app, on supavoxel.com or through the SupaVoxel browser extension — they are the same account.
How to request deletion
Send an email with the subject Delete my account to [email protected] from the Google email address you sign in with. You do not need the app installed or to be signed in. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm. We use the sending address to verify it is your account, so requests sent from another address cannot be processed.
In the Android app, Settings → Delete account brings you to this page.
What is deleted
- Your account and the Google sign-in linked to it.
- Every image you uploaded and every 3D model generated from it, including the files.
- Your projects, credit balance and credit history.
- Your subscription, if you have one — it is cancelled immediately and is not refunded for the remainder of the period (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). If you would rather keep the paid period, cancel the subscription first and delete the account when it ends.
- Any scheduled emails from us.
What is kept
Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires, as described in the Privacy Policy. Nothing else is retained, and deletion cannot be undone.
