The AI 3D Models Behind SupaVoxel

SupaVoxel generates textured models with four engines from four different labs. These pages explain each one: who made it, its versions, specs, license, and where it does best.

The four engines at a glance

Hunyuan3D 3.1 (Tencent)

Stays close to your picture, with fine surface detail and solid shapes. Strong for figurines and products.

TRELLIS 2 (Microsoft)

Open source under MIT. Handles thin, open and complex shapes like leaves, cages and lanterns.

Tripo (VAST)

Clean hard surfaces and game-ready geometry: props, weapons, vehicles.

Meshy

A strong all-rounder with a printing focus, especially for stylized characters.

Why you can't pick the engine

SupaVoxel routes each textured generation to one of the four engines automatically, based on which is available and reliable at that moment. If an engine fails, the job moves to another, and failed generations refund their credits. You can't force a specific engine. In exchange you get a finished model in typically 3 to 5 minutes instead of a stalled queue, and every result gets the same repair, print-prep and export tools. If you need one engine's output specifically, use that maker's own service. For head-to-head results, see Hunyuan3D vs TRELLIS 2 and Meshy vs Tripo.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which AI model does SupaVoxel use?

Four: Hunyuan3D 3.1 from Tencent, TRELLIS 2 from Microsoft, Tripo from VAST and Meshy. A router picks one for each textured generation.

Can I choose which engine generates my model?

No. The router decides based on availability and reliability, and moves the job to another engine if one fails. Failed generations refund their credits.

Is SupaVoxel affiliated with Tencent, Microsoft, VAST or Meshy?

No. SupaVoxel is independent. TRELLIS 2 is open source, and the hosted engines are reached through third-party providers.

Which engine is best?

None wins every image. Hunyuan3D is strong on faithful detail, TRELLIS 2 on thin and complex shapes, Tripo on hard surfaces and Meshy on stylized, print-ready characters. Each engine page shows examples.
